Our client, a multinational risk management services company, aimed to build an internal centralized sales system on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Cloud. The system utilized D365 custom plugins, business rules, Power Automate flows, and custom portals with extensive unit testing. It also featured custom integrations such as Stripe and other. The client looked to expand their team with skilled Dynamics 365 and Azure experts. Due to limited talent availability, finding candidates was challenging, but we managed to find first two candidates quickly to kick-off the project and then continued working to gradually increase the team to 6 engineers. We closely collaborated with the client on processes and onboarding. As a result most of our engineers provided value from week one. Despite scarce expertise, our selective recruiting ensured capable resources to support our client's Dynamics 365 cloud solution and internal sales system goals.
