Our client's startup originally was a decentralized web3 marketplace app, but the client decided to pivot to a centralized model and shift focus to enabling influencers to better engage with their subscribers. Our solution architect performed an analysis and mapped out a plan to migrate off blockchain while retaining core features. With this overview, our team of one fullstack developer and one QA engineer implemented new capabilities like integrating Stripe and Wise for payments, plus integrating WhatsApp and other messengers for asynchronous communication. Throughout the engagement, we maintained sharp focus on performance, user experience and incremental improvements to satisfy the needs of this rapidly evolving startup. Rather than a wholesale rebuild, we took an iterative, agile approach to help the client pivot their product vision away from a web3 marketplace while still leveraging their existing codebase and features.
